Governance Regulation




  • Any and all changes that change the rewards, number of blocks per minute or that change the rewards policy can only be changed through a proposal duly voted on by the masternode validators;

  • Any masternode validator may propose a voting schedule, as long as they send 1 guarantee to the address that the developers will make available;

  • Every proposed agenda, after payment, will be put to a vote in the D.A.O Lunarium System; and

  • When the proposal for voting requires expenses, the proponent must pay for the proposal presented, if it is accepted in the vote, if the DEV Fund does not cover the recurring expenses.
